MAJOR FUNCTION:
Responsible for the daily management, compliance review, and operations of the 340B program. This includes but is not limited to administered meds in clinic areas, mixed use areas managed by split billing software, outpatient prescriptions filled by an owned pharmacy, and outpatient prescriptions filled by a contract pharmacy. Liaison between stakeholders to ensure and maximize appropriate use of all 340B programs. The 340B Program Coordinator will maintain documentation required for compliance, all revenue and expense reports, and ensure ongoing compliance with HRSA, State and Federal statutes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:
•Bachelor's degree preferred.
•Retail and/or hospital experience with drug wholesaler applications.
•2-3 years of 340B Drug Pricing Program experience in healthcare and/or with a healthcare provider is preferred.
•Retail and hospital revenue cycle experience.
•Advanced experience with MS Office, with focus on Excel/Access.
Certification/ Licensure:
•340B University certification preferred.
